Kalua Pork, 1 Package
Chow Fun Noodles, 4 to 5 Packages
Chop Suey Mix, 1 Package
Oyster Sauce, 2 Tablespoons
Shoyu, 3 Tablespoons
Garlic Salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste
Sesame Oil, 1 Teaspoon
Neutral Oil, 1 Teaspoon
Optional: Green Onions, to taste

Ingredients
- 1 package kalua pork (recommended brans: Keoki's, Mays)
- 4-5 packages chow fun noodles (recommondation: Sun Noodle)
- 1 package chop suey mix (recommendation: Taro Brand)
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 3 tablespoons shoyu
- Garlic salt & pepper, to taste
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil, optional
- 1 teaspoon neutral oil of your choice
- Optional garnish: Green onions
Directions
- In a large cooking pan, heat neutral oil over medium-high heat.
- Add kalua pork andd cook until pork softens.
- Add garlic salt and pepper. Stir to combine.
- Add chowfun noodles, oyster sauce, and shoyu. Gently toss together so both the kalua pork and noodles are coated. Continue to cook until noodles start to soften slightly.
- Add in the chop suey mix and cook for 1-2 minutes.
- If more flavor is desired, you can add another tablespoon of oyster sauce and/or shoyu.
- Add sesame oil and a pinch of pepper. Gently stir to combine. If you don't enjoy the taste of sesame oil, you can omit it from the recipe.
- Transfer to a serving bowl, garnish with green onions and serve.
